Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how HayNexa works and what information we collect. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• One account is for one student only. Do not share your email or password.
• An account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the old one.
• Every new account is reviewed by our team before subjects are unlocked.

Information we collect

• Your name, photo, phone number, email, grade and school or college.
• Your parent's or guardian's name, phone number and email, so we can share progress reports with them.
• Your test answers, marks, time spent and daily activity, used to build your reports, streaks and the leaderboard.

Permissions we use

• Photo: to identify you on your profile and reports. It is never shown publicly.
• Exam monitoring: during a test we record if you switch tabs, press screenshot keys or try to copy. These alerts are visible to admins.
• Notifications by email: for approval, password reset and progress reports.

Content protection

Only your first name, last initial and school or college are shown publicly.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your profile. It is deactivated for 3 days (you can restore it by signing in), then permanently deleted with all your data.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
